We are located at Flat 602 in the Vinayak Mayo Residency. That is right on Mayo Road in Allahabad, or Prayagraj as many people call it now. It is a nice area and it is quite central to everything in the city. Being up on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view of the streets below, but we are not really here for the scenery. Sriganpati Constructors LLP stays busy with various construction projects. It is an LLP, so it is a partnership between us. We have known each other for a long time and decided to work together. Allahabad has its own pace and things move a certain way here. We try to keep our projects moving along even when the supply chains get stuck or materials are late. Mayo Road is usually very busy with people going to and from work. Our office is where all the planning and the phone calls happen. We have a lot of meetings about costs and timelines. It is not always exciting work, but it is necessary to get things built. We deal with a lot of labor issues and material shortages on a regular basis. That is just the reality of building things in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We do not use any fancy jargon or corporate talk. We just talk about how much sand we need or when the electrician is coming. It is a straightforward business for us. We like the residency because it is easy for people to find us. We are usually here by nine in the morning and stay until the work is done.
