We are located at 12/16 Mayo Road. It is one of those addresses that has a bit of history to it. Our office is set up there to handle all our infraprojects. It is not a modern glass building; it has more of an older feel to it, which we actually kind of like. The rooms are a bit big and the ceilings are high. We have our desks pushed together in one of the main rooms so we can talk to each other easily without having to get up. There is always a lot of paper moving around—contracts, plans, and receipts. We try to keep it organized but it is a constant battle. Mayo Road is a busy area, so there is always the sound of horns and people outside. It keeps us feeling connected to the city. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy titles and meetings that go on for hours. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we go out and do it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical point, and the street gets a bit quieter then. It is just a regular life of working on infrastructure projects. We have been here for a bit and we have a routine that works for us. It is practical and straightforward.
