Harsita Food Processing Private Limited is located just south of the Bhomi Sudhar office at 42 Prat Haveliya in Allahabad. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time now. It is a busy part of the city, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is out and about. Our work isn't anything fancy. We spend most of our time processing different types of food products. It’s the kind of job where you get your hands dirty and stay on your feet for hours. The building we are in is a bit old, and the fans make a lot of noise when it gets hot, but it’s our home. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write glossy brochures for us. We are just a group of local people doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just have to figure it out ourselves. That is how things go in a place like Allahabad. We focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get everything shipped out on time. People around the Bhomi Sudhar office know us by sight.
