Our place is at 22-F on Jawaher Lal Nehru Road in Tagore Town. It’s quite easy to find since we are right opposite the City Hospital. Being near the hospital means there is always something happening outside our door. The traffic on Nehru Road can get pretty loud during the afternoons, but we are used to it by now. We handle travel bookings and holiday stuff from this office. It’s basically just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look up prices or check train dates. We aren't a big corporate chain or anything like that. Just a local office in Allahabad where we try to get the paperwork right. Sometimes people come in because they saw our sign while visiting the hospital across the street. We talk to them about where they want to go and see what we can find. Most of the day is spent checking schedules and talking to people on the phone. The office has been in Tagore Town for a bit, so the neighbors know us. We don't have fancy decorations, just the usual maps on the wall and some calendars. It’s a practical space for doing work. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a ticket or a car, we just see what’s available and tell them. That’s pretty much the daily routine here for us.
