Our shop is tucked away at 94/63 A South Malaka in Sector 1, right here in Kopar Khairane. If you walk in, you’ll probably see a few of us hunched over desks with screwdrivers and light magnifying glasses. It’s a bit of a cramped space because there are always gadgets and parts waiting to be looked at. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit, and people usually find us by word of mouth. It isn't a huge operation with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. The shelves are packed with old spare parts and half-finished projects that we’re still tinkering with. It gets pretty dusty sometimes, but that’s the nature of tech care work. We have a routine where we start early to clear out the backlog before the afternoon rush. Sometimes the coffee machine is the most important piece of equipment in the room. We don’t really worry about having a polished image; we just care about whether the stuff we fix actually stays fixed. The lighting is bright so we can see what we're doing, and there’s usually some radio playing in the background to keep the energy up. It feels like a real workshop. We know the neighbors and the local delivery guys quite well. It’s a simple setup, and it works for what we do every day. We just keep our heads down and work.
