Our setup is much more modest and local. Being near the railway station is very practical. We see a lot of people coming and going from the trains. The office is inside a regular house, so it doesn't feel like a cold business environment. We have our paperwork and our phones in one of the rooms. It’s a bit of a family-run feel. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people in suits. We just handle the bookings and talk to guests when they arrive. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s very busy when the trains are running. We’ve been in Aligarh for a long time. The neighbors are mostly railway workers or their families. It’s a friendly place. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide a place for people to stay when they are passing through Aligarh. It’s simple, honest work from a house in the colony. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking from the station. That is how we like it.
