Wintech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 130, Shivpuri in Etah. It’s not a very big town, so everyone kind of knows where Shivpuri is. We have a modest workshop and office setup here. Engineering sounds like a big word, but mostly we are just fixing things and making sure the parts fit together. We have some heavy tools and benches where the real work happens. It’s noisy during the day with the machines running. We aren't a big city firm with suits and ties. We wear work clothes that usually have a bit of grease or dust on them. Etah is a quiet place mostly, so we don't have the rush you see in Delhi or Agra. We take our time to make sure the jobs are done right. If a machine breaks down, we stay late until it’s fixed. That’s just how we do things. We have a small desk for the paperwork, but none of us really likes sitting there for too long. We’d rather be out in the shop. The building is old but it stays cool in the heat. We’ve had the same few guys working here for years. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the town. It’s a small operation, but it keeps the lights on and we are proud of the stuff we build. Our neighbor brings us samosas on Tuesdays and we sit outside for a bit.
