We run Sudhir & Ishwar Private Limited out of a house in Defence Colony in Agra. Specifically, it is House Number 63 A/2 A, right near the COD area. Using a residential base feels more natural for us than being in a cold office building. Agra is home, and we have been operating here for a while now. The name of the company comes from the people behind it, and we keep things very personal and direct. We work on various projects around the city and the surrounding Uttar Pradesh areas. It is mostly about managing construction and infrastructure needs for different clients. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy receptionist. When you get in touch, you are usually talking directly to the people who are making the decisions. Our day starts early, often with a lot of tea and a look at the schedule to see which site needs attention first. Living near the COD means we are in a fairly quiet part of town, which is nice after a long day at a noisy work site. We just try to be honest about what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s a simple way of running a business, but it has worked for us so far. We care about the work because our names are literally on the front of the company, and we want to do right by our neighbors.
