We are located at Thakur Tikam Singh Ki Kothi on Mosoodabad Road, right at the Raghuveerpuri Chauraha. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always noise from the horns and people shouting. The building itself has a lot of history, though we just use it for our daily business activities. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at computer screens. The rooms are large with high ceilings, which helps when it gets hot in the summer. We have a few desks scattered around and a lot of files. It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see. The paint is peeling a little in the corners, but it works for what we need. Most of our day is spent coordinating things and making sure the logistics side of the business is moving. We usually have lunch together in the small back room. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. People drop off packages or come by for quick meetings. We don't really have a reception desk; someone just looks up from their work when the door opens. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve grown used to the chaos of the Chauraha outside. It feels like the center of everything. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing, day after day, without making much of a fuss about it.
