R. K. Hardware

R. K. Hardware has been on Ramghat Road in Niranjanpuri for quite a while now. We are a small local shop, and the place is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of hardware. If you need a specific wrench or a particular type of paint, we probably have it buried somewhere in the back. It’s not the most organized-looking shop, but we have a system that works for us. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors who drop in because they have a leaky pipe or need to fix a door. The road out front is always crowded, and the noise of the traffic is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We have a small counter where we do the math on scrap paper and hand out change. It’s a dusty job, and our hands are usually covered in some kind of grease or metal shavings. We don’t have a website or any marketing people. Most folks just find us because they live nearby or saw the sign while driving past on their way home. The shop is a bit dark inside, but we know where every single box of screws and every tool is kept. It’s a simple business, based on just having what people need when they need it. We open early and stay open until late, just trying to be useful to the people in the Niranjanpuri area. It's a humble way to spend the day.
