Out in the M.I.D.C. area of Additional Ambernath, you’ll find us at D-20. R. S. Samant Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this plot for quite a while. It’s a big industrial zone, so it’s not exactly the prettiest place to look at, but it’s practical for what we do. We have some heavy machinery and a lot of metal lying around the yard. The shed is large and can get quite hot in the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. We spend most of our time out on the floor or in the small office area off to the side. It’s a noisy environment with all the tools going, but that’s just how an engineering spot is supposed to be. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to polish up how we look. It’s just us, the equipment, and the work that needs finishing. The roads in Ambernath can be a bit rough, especially for the delivery trucks coming to D-20. We’ve had to fix the roof a few times after the rains, but the bones of the place are good. It’s a straightforward setup. We show up, we do the engineering work, and we go home. It’s a no-nonsense kind of business and we like keeping it that way in this part of M.I.D.C. with our crew.
