Nexi Food And Beverages is based out in Village Irakhinia, which is part of the Akarabad area in Aligarh. We operate care of Subhankar Yadav, who is usually around the site every day. Being located in a village means we are a bit far from the main city buzz, but it gives us the quiet we need to focus on our food and beverage work. Our setup is pretty basic, just a few buildings where we handle the production and storage. We don't have a polished showroom or a sales team in suits. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, making sure things are running smoothly. The roads out to Akarabad can be a bit tricky, especially after it rains, but the trucks still manage to get through eventually. We have some local people from the village helping us out, which is good for everyone. We aren't trying to be a household name all over India. We are just happy to be running a small business that works. Some days are long and we have to stay late to finish an order, but that’s just how it goes when you’re starting out. We don't have a big mission statement or any corporate slogans. We just try to do the work and hope the products are good enough for people to want them again. It is a simple life out here.
