Neetu Infracon is situated in New Surendra Nagar, Aligarh. My office address is 1/568-B1, and it’s where I handle everything. Since this is an OPC, it’s a one-person operation at the top, which keeps things simple. I don't have to deal with board meetings or heavy corporate layers. I’ve been involved in construction for a long time, so starting this was a natural move for me. The office is in a relatively quiet part of town, though there’s always some noise from the nearby shops. I don't spend much on advertising or fancy signs. Most of my work comes from word of mouth after people see a project I’ve finished. We handle basic infrastructure like small roads, boundary walls, and site preparation. It’s often dusty and exhausting work, but there's a certain satisfaction in seeing a plot of land turned into something useful. I hire local laborers for the bigger jobs, and they’ve been with me for a while now. If there's ever a problem on a site, you just talk to me directly. I’m usually on my bike heading from one project to another. Material costs are always changing, so I spend a good chunk of my time at the local markets trying to get a fair price for cement and steel. It’s just a small crew and me trying to do solid work that lasts. We aren't looking for world fame, just steady work in Aligarh.
