Our place for Maxmeric Realtech Private Limited is at A-7 in Rani Bagh Colony, over in Dhampur. Bijnor is a bit quieter than the big cities, and we like that. It’s a straightforward setup in a regular neighborhood. We don't have a big sign with lights or anything. Most people just know where we are. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our records and meet with people. Being in 246731 means we deal with a lot of local stuff. We aren't trying to be some big national corporation. We are just Maxmeric, working out of a colony in Uttar Pradesh. The morning starts with opening the shutters and letting some air in. It gets hot in the summer, so the fan is always going. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in ledgers. It’s a bit old-fashioned maybe, but it works for us. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have complicated rules. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Rani Bagh is a nice enough area, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. If you walk past A-7, you’ll probably see one of us through the window typing away. It’s a quiet life, but it keeps us busy and we like the people we meet. We usually have some biscuits and tea around if anyone drops by to talk about the weather or work.
