Gv And Sons Construction Llp is a small family-type setup. We are located at 33 Geeta Devikeelpur in Khair. It’s not a huge city, so everyone kind of knows everyone else around here. We do construction work, mostly local stuff that needs doing for people in the area. Since it’s "And Sons," it really is a family thing where we all chip in to keep things moving. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just us at number 33, taking calls and figuring out where the next load of bricks needs to go. Khair is a quiet place compared to some of the other spots in Uttar Pradesh, but we stay busy with various small projects. The office is just a room with some tables and a lot of notebooks. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. Some days we are out in the sun all day, and other days we are stuck inside doing the books. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. People around here know where to find us if they need something built or fixed. We don't use big words or fancy promises. We just tell you what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s a simple life, and the work is hard, but it’s what we know. We enjoy seeing something get finished.
