Our place is at 19/137 in Krishnapuri, right here in Aligarh. Girdhari Infrabuild isn't some massive corporation you see on billboards. We’re a smaller team focused on infrastructure and building things around the city. Aligarh has its own way of doing things, and we’ve lived here long enough to understand it. Most mornings start early with tea and a look at whatever project is currently halfway done. It's a lot of coordination, making sure the workers show up and the cement is the right grade. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing because we're usually covered in dust anyway. The office in Krishnapuri is where we do the boring stuff like permits and billing. Most of the real action happens on the sites. It can be stressful when the rain hits or when prices for steel go up suddenly. We just take it one day at a time. Neighbors know where we are, and that’s how we like it. We don't bother with those big speeches about changing the world. We just build things that people need. Sometimes we're running behind, and sometimes things go perfectly smooth, though that’s rare in this business. If you pass by Krishnapuri, you might see us loading up a truck or looking over some plans. It's just a local business trying to do a decent job for the people around here. We just keep our heads down and work until the sun goes down most days.
