Furkan Property Developers Privatelimited is based over in Nazirpura, Basheerganj. The office is at Mr. Khurashed Ahamad’s place. It’s more of a personal, local setup than a big business office. We deal with property development, which means we help people find land or build houses on the plots they have. We are a small team and we treat everyone who comes in like a neighbor because they usually are. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls. We work from a place that feels like home. Developing property around here requires a lot of local knowledge about who owns what and where the best spots are. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do right by the people here in Nazirpura. Sometimes the paperwork for property can be a real headache, but we’ve handled it enough times to know the way through. We don't use marketing tricks or tell people things that aren't true just to get a deal. If we can help you with a property, we will. If we can't, we’ll tell you that too.
