Classic Crafts

Classic Crafts is situated on By Pass Road, right near Sasni Gate. It is a spot where we do a lot of hands-on work. You can usually hear the sound of tools and sanding coming from our workshop. By Pass Road is a major route, so there is always a layer of dust on the front windows from the passing trucks. We don't mind it much. Inside, it smells like wood and metal. We have been at Sasni Gate for years. The building is just a plain structure with a big door so we can move materials in and out. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes covered in shavings or grease. It is a small operation. Classic Crafts isn't a big factory. We take our time with things. Sometimes the weather makes the materials hard to work with, but we manage. We have a small office area tucked in the corner with an old wooden desk and a calendar from three years ago. It’s where we keep the receipts. People around here know us by name. We don't do any big marketing. Most people find us because they saw the sign on By Pass Road. It is just a place where things get made by hand. The yard out back is where we keep the scrap.
