Bansaali Foods

Bansaali Foods sits out on Aligarh Road in the village of Dayanatpur. We are right near the Shreeji Foam House, which is the landmark most people use when they are trying to find us for the first time. Being in Taluka Aligarh means we are a bit away from the main city buzz, but the road itself is always loud with trucks and buses going back and forth. The air out here is a mix of road dust and the smell of the nearby fields. Our facility is a plain building with a heavy iron gate that we pull open every morning at dawn. It is a functional space, nothing more and nothing less. Inside, we have some old fans that hum all day long to keep the air moving. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading things, so there are always sacks or boxes sitting around the entrance. The village life is slow, but the business keeps us on our feet. We drink a lot of tea while we work, usually getting it from the stall down the road. It is a practical life, focusing on the work at hand and making sure everything is ready for the next day. We don't have a big office or anything like that, just a corner with a table where we sit down to eat our lunch together.
