Ajay & Co. can be found at 224 Indra Nagar, right along Khair Road in Aligarh. Being on a main road like Khair Road means we see a lot of traffic and people passing by all the time. Our office is a modest one, just a few rooms where we keep our supplies and do our paperwork. We don't have any polished brochures or a big sales team. It is mostly just the owner and a couple of helpers. We started out small and we haven't changed much since then. We don't believe in using fancy titles or having a lot of rules. We just come in, see what needs to be done, and we do it. Sometimes the paperwork piles up a bit, but we get through it eventually. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We don't use much technology besides the basics. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. We value those relationships more than anything else. We don't have a mission statement or any corporate goals. Our only goal is to finish the day's work and be ready for tomorrow. It is a simple, practical way to spend our time. We like being part of the Aligarh community and being right there on Khair Road where everything is happening.
