Our agency is located in Mavelikara, near the Kottackal Aryavaidyasala in Chettikulangara. It’s a well-known landmark, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We handle a lot of different things as an agency, mostly acting as the middleman for various goods and services. The office is a straightforward place, nothing too fancy, just some desks and a lot of ledgers. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to people who walk in. The area is quite nice, with a lot of greenery around, which makes the workday a bit better. We’ve been part of this taluk for a long time now. Most of our customers are locals who we’ve known for years. We don't really do much in the way of big advertising. Most of our business comes from people just knowing who we are and where we are. We don’t have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and do the work that’s waiting for us.
