Down in Poochackal, Cherthala, is where you’ll find Anchuthara Food Products. We’re not in a big city or anything, just a quiet enough spot where we can focus on making our goods. The air is a bit fresher here, which is nice for a change. We have a small team of local folks who come in every day to help out. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where the work happens. We spend a lot of time checking the batches and making sure things are packed up right. Sometimes the delivery trucks take a bit to find us if they aren't from around here, but we’re easy enough to spot once you get close. We don’t do a lot of shouting about what we do. We just make the food products and send them out. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. Some seasons are busier than others, especially when certain ingredients are in. We just take it as it comes. Anchuthara Food Products has been part of the community for a while now. We know the people and they know us. There’s no need for big speeches or fancy logos.
