Aishwarya Granites

Aishwarya Granites is located out on Vettikode Road. If you know the Padayanivettom area in Vallikunnam, you have probably passed by our gate. It is a dusty place because of all the stone we have sitting around in the yard. We have piles of slabs leaning against each other and the crane is usually moving something around. The address is 7896, but people usually just look for the big pieces of granite near the road. Working here means getting your shoes dirty every single day. We spend a lot of time outside in the sun, measuring things and talking to the truck drivers who come to pick up loads. When it rains, the yard gets pretty slick, so we have to be careful moving the heavy stuff. It is just a few of us here keeping track of the inventory. We don't have any air conditioning or a polished showroom. It is just a practical workspace where we handle the stones. Sometimes the inventory is low and we have to wait for new blocks to arrive from the quarry, which makes for a quiet afternoon. We usually just sit under the shade of the roof and wait for the next customer to drive in. It is a simple life in Vallikunnam, and we have been at this spot for quite a while now. We know the stones well and we just do what needs to be done without making it complicated.
