You can find us on the 2nd floor of Nisarg Vihar, specifically Flat No. 4. We are located near the Santoshi Mata Mandir in the Kholeshwar area of Akola. It’s a bit of a different setup being in a flat rather than a large industrial yard, but we manage all our cement distribution and administrative work from here. The pin code is 444001. Working out of Nisarg Vihar means we are right in the heart of things, close to the temple which everyone knows. We spend a lot of time on the phone and computer, tracking where the bags are and when the next shipment is arriving. It’s a lot of coordination. The space is filled with files and the occasional sample of building materials. Akola can be a busy place, and being in Kholeshwar means we have to be smart about how we schedule our deliveries. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just a small office where we do the real work. Most of our visitors are contractors or local homeowners who have been sent our way. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s central and people find it easy to reach us near the Mandir. It’s just us, working through the daily list of tasks to make sure the cement gets to the construction sites on time. No bells or whistles, just a functional office where we get things done every day.
