Our place is out at Gut No. 33 in Navsal, which is part of the Murtijapur taluka. It’s a bit out of the way, surrounded by more open land than the city. We work in the pharma sector. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just focus on getting the pharma products where they need to go safely. Most of our day is spent looking at labels and boxes. It’s quiet, steady work. We’ve been in this gut for a while. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have our backups ready. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. Navsal is a small place, so word travels fast if you're doing a good job. Our building is pretty basic, just brick and mortar with a good roof to keep the medicines dry. The road out here can be a bit bumpy after the monsoon, but the trucks still manage to get through. We don't have a big team, just enough of us to keep things moving.
