You can find us on the first floor over at Ratanlal Plot. We’re right on LRT College Road, pretty close to that Citywak Footwear shop everyone knows. Being near the college means we see a lot of students coming in with laptops that have seen better days. Usually it’s a spilled drink or a cracked screen from being stuffed in a backpack. We also do stuff for the local businesses around here who need their systems kept running. The office isn't anything special, just some desks and a lot of spare monitors stacked up. It gets a bit loud with the street noise below, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We started Samtech because there weren't many reliable places nearby to get a quick repair done. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people just find us because they’re walking down LRT College Road and see our name on the board outside. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s a lost cause. It’s better that way than wasting someone's money. Sometimes we’re really busy and there’s a wait, but we try to move as fast as we can. It’s just us here, working through the pile of repairs every day. If you’re heading toward the college, just look for the footwear place and you’ll find the stairs to our spot. It’s a short walk up.
