Lalji Organic Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of Akola. Our main spot is H.No. Kutasatq in Akot. It is a quiet area and most people who live around here are involved in farming in some way. We are a producer company, which means we are a group of farmers who decided to join up. We don't have a big fancy office building with glass walls. It is just a regular house where we keep our records and meet to talk about the next planting season. Being in Akot, we deal with the local climate which can be pretty harsh during the summer months. We focus on organic methods because we live here and we care about what goes into the ground. It is not always easy to follow those rules, but we think it's the right way to do things for the long run. There are no corporate bosses telling us what to do, just the members who all have a say in how things are run. We spend most of our days out in the fields rather than sitting behind a desk.
