Kamalaji Agro Industries

Our business, Kamalaji Agro Industries, is located at M-34/2 in the MIDC Growth Centre. This area is right near Village-Kumbhari. It is a mix of industrial buildings and open land. We deal with agro-related processing, so we see a lot of raw materials coming in from the nearby farms. The smell of the earth and the crops is usually pretty strong around our unit. We have a good amount of space at this plot to store things before they are processed. The staff mostly comes from Kumbhari or other nearby villages. We are not a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local industry trying to process things properly. The building is made of corrugated metal and brick, nothing fancy. Inside, it can get quite warm during the middle of the day. We have a few machines that do most of the heavy lifting. Our routine is pretty much the same every day. We start early, check the quality of what arrived, and get to work. There’s a lot of manual handling involved. We don't have a website or a social media manager. We just have our address and our work. People in the Growth Centre know us as the place that handles the agro stuff. We try to keep things simple and honest. If the machines are humming and the workers are safe, we are happy. That is the way we run things here.
