Akola gets very hot, so we usually have the windows shut to keep the dust out and the air inside manageable. Our day starts early and we usually stay until the sun goes down and things cool off. There are no big corporate logos on the walls here. It is just a place where we do our jobs. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat or we see them in the parking area when we leave. It is a very local feel. We have been here for a long time and we know the area well. Most of the people who deal with us are from around here anyway. We do not use any complicated systems.
