Business Development Officer

We are based out in Madhapuri, which is in the Murtizapur Taluka of Akola district. It is a rural area, so life moves a bit slower here than it does in the city. The office is right at the post, which makes it easy for people to find us if they live nearby. We do not have a high-rise building or any of that. It is a basic structure with some tables and chairs and a couple of computers that we rely on. We spend a lot of our time dealing with local matters and helping people out. The dust from the road comes in sometimes, so we spend a lot of time cleaning our desks. It is just part of being out here. We know everyone in the village, and they know us. People often stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question while they are passing by. We do not follow a strict corporate schedule; we just work until the jobs for the day are finished. In the afternoons, it can get quite hot, so we usually take a bit of a break. We have been here for years, and we have seen the seasons change many times from this office window. It is a quiet life but we stay busy with the work that comes through. We do not need any big advertisements. The word of mouth around Akola is enough for people to know we are here. It is honest work in a simple place.
