TOSHNIWAL Industries Pvt.Ltd. is located in the Industrial Estate in Makhupura. It’s a bit out of the way, which we actually don't mind because it gives us the space we need. The building has been here for years, and it’s seen a lot of work come through its doors. We deal with industrial instruments, so there’s always something technical to look at or a piece of gear that needs adjusting. Our team is pretty small, and we don't bother with things like uniforms or fancy titles. We just show up in whatever is comfortable for work. The estate can be a bit quiet in the mornings, but by noon, the whole place is humming with the sound of different factories. We spend a lot of time at our workbenches, often with the radio playing in the background. It’s not the kind of place with a big shiny lobby. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us with grease on our hands or looking over some blueprints. We don't have a big marketing budget or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We just focus on the tasks at hand and make sure we don't rush the important parts of the job. It’s a steady way to spend the day, and we’re fine with that. After the work is finished, we just lock up and head home to our families.
