TOSHNIWAL INDUSTRIES PVT LTD

We've been here at Industrial Estate, Makhupura for a long time now. Toshniwal Industries Pvt Ltd is just where we spend most of our days, really. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always noise and people moving things around. Some days it’s quite hot out here, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the metal roofs. We mostly just keep our heads down and get the work done. There are a lot of files on the desks and the smell of grease or old paper depending on which room you walk into. It's not a fancy place, just a regular workplace where everyone knows each other’s names and whose turn it is to bring the snacks. We see the same faces every morning at the gates. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine gets stubborn, but that's just how things go. We've got used to the rhythms of the estate over the years. We deal with the vendors and the local transporters who come by for pickups. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We don't really do much talking about goals or anything like that, we just make sure everything is sorted by the time we go home. It feels like a second home to many of us because of all the hours put in. The floors are a bit scuffed and the walls could probably use some paint, but it works for us.
