Our place is out in the Industrial Estate in Makhupura. It’s a big area with a lot of manufacturing going on. Toshniwal Industries has been around for a while now. We make instruments and various industrial tools. The factory floor is where most of the action happens. It’s noisy and there's always something being welded or calibrated. We’ve got a dedicated crew who have been doing this for decades. They don't need a manual to know if a machine is running right; they can just hear it. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office chairs. We’d rather put that into our tools and equipment. Makhupura is our home, and we like being part of the industrial community here. Some days are long, especially when we have big shipments going out. But there’s a sense of pride when you see a finished product ready to go. We aren't into big speeches or corporate talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home. If you visit, you’ll see people who actually know how to build things. It’s a practical environment. The desks are covered in blueprints and the workshop is full of metal. It’s exactly what an industrial shop should be like. We don't try to hide the grease or the noise. It's just part of the job. We're just normal people making stuff.
