Being located in Kaiserganj here in Ajmer means we are right in the middle of everything. The clinic is usually humming with the sound of the dental drills and the fan overhead. We’ve got the research side of things too, so there are always papers and folders stacked up on the desks in the back. It’s not the biggest place, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. The staff at Tela Dental Clinic & Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. mostly grew up around here, so we know the local shops and the shortcuts through the alleys. Patients come in from all over Ajmer. Some are nervous about their teeth, so we spend time just chatting with them to help them settle down. It’s a lot of work keeping everything sterilized and organized. We don't have a fancy receptionist with a headset; usually, it's just one of us answering the phone while trying to find a patient's file. The research part keeps us busy even when there aren't patients in the chairs. We spend a lot of time looking at data and writing things down. It can be a bit cramped when we have a full house, but nobody seems to mind much. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed and steady. It's just a regular day-to-day operation where we focus on what needs doing. Ajmer is a busy town, and we’re just one small part of it. We just keep moving and doing the paperwork as it comes.
