Tech Mahindra

This branch of Tech Mahindra is out on Beawer Road, near the Purani Chungi Chauki in Ajmer. It’s right by the Taragarh Link Road and close to the old Distillery Well. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. The area is quite dusty and can get very hot during the Rajasthan summers. Our building isn't anything fancy; it’s just a functional space near the H.M.T. post office. We spend our days dealing with various technical issues and paperwork. There isn't a big flashy sign outside, so you have to look for the landmarks like the link road to find us. We aren't big on corporate talk or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and head home. The team here is small and we all know each other well. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the sun goes down and it cools off. Most people who come by are locals or people who work in the nearby industries. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge. We have a water cooler and some chairs. It’s a straightforward place for straightforward work. We like it this way because it’s quiet and we can actually focus on what we’re doing without too many distractions from the city center. It is just a basic office where we get things done.
