Synapsevision Technologies Private Limited is situated at G- 566A on Makadwali Road in Ajmer. It’s a pretty standard spot for a business like ours. We’ve got a sign outside, but it’s nothing too flashy. The road gets quite a bit of traffic, so there is always a background hum of cars and bikes going by. We started this because we saw a gap in how technology was being handled locally. It’s just a handful of us sitting in the office, looking at screens and talking through problems. We don’t have those fancy bean bags or gaming rooms you see in movies. It’s just a practical space where we can focus. Lunch breaks are usually spent at one of the small stalls nearby or we just bring tiffins from home. Ajmer is a good place to be based, it has its own pace of life that isn’t as crazy as the bigger cities. We’ve learned a lot over the years about how to keep a small tech firm running. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we have to stay late to fix a bug or finish a report. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a customer has an issue, they know where to find us. Makadwali Road is easy enough to get to for most people. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is what it is, and we like it.
