Swastik General Store

We started Swastik General Store right here in Padaw Janta Market quite some time ago. It's just a small shop in the Parao area where we keep the things people usually need. Most days are busy with folks coming in for their daily bits. We try to stock what we can, though sometimes the shelves get a bit messy when it's crowded. That's just how it goes in a busy spot like this. Being in Parao means we see a lot of the same faces every morning. It’s nice knowing the neighbors and what they usually look for when they walk through the door. We don't have fancy lights or big signs, just the basic stuff you'd expect to find in a local place. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what you want because things move around. We are right there in the market, easy to spot if you're walking by. If you need something, you just ask and we help you find it. It's a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We've been at this address for a while now and plan to stay as long as people keep coming by. Nothing fancy about it, just a regular shop doing its thing in the middle of Janta Market. We open early most days and stay until the sun goes down or just after. It gets dusty sometimes, but that’s just the street life here. We are happy to be here.
