Sudhir General Store

If you come to the P N G Building in Ram Ganj, you will find us pretty easily. We are right there on Beawar Road. Sudhir General Store is the kind of place where we know most of our customers by name. We have been here for a long time, and the shelves are packed with just about everything you might need for the house. It’s a bit crowded inside because we try to fit as much stock as possible into the space we have. You might have to move a box or two to get down the aisle, but that’s part of the charm. We don't have a fancy checkout counter with a conveyor belt. It is just me or one of the family members behind the till, ringing things up and bagging them. We hear all the local news here. People stop by not just for milk or soap, but to have a quick chat about what’s happening in Ram Ganj. The traffic on Beawar Road can be loud, but we don't notice it much anymore. We spend our mornings checking what we are low on and calling the wholesalers to bring more. It is a simple life running a store. We don't have big sales or advertisements in the paper. We just rely on the fact that people know we are here and that we usually have what they are looking for.
