Stone World Exclusive

Our shop is right on the Jaipur Road in Madanganj Kishangarh, specifically over at Vinayak Nagar. If you know this area, you know how much stone moves through here every single day. It’s loud and there’s always a truck passing by, making the windows rattle. We set up Stone World Exclusive at Shop Number 1 a while back. It’s not a huge place, but we pack it with as much variety as we can manage. Kishangarh is famous for this stuff, so competition is everywhere you look. We just try to keep our heads down and do our work. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk over tea, while other days it’s nonstop from the moment we open the shutters. The dust is a constant battle. You wipe a slab down and ten minutes later it’s covered again because of the road traffic. We have all sorts of slabs tucked away in the corners. Usually, people come in with a specific idea of what they want for their house. We show them what’s in the back or what just arrived from the cutters. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Just the shop and the stone. We’ve seen the road change a lot over the years, more shops opening up and more traffic. But we’re still here in the same spot. We just focus on the stone and making sure we have enough stock.
