Ganpati Granite

Ganpati Granite is located in Kishangarh, right near RK Marble. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know it’s the place to be if you are looking for stone. Our yard is filled with big slabs of granite that we’ve brought in, and the whole place stays covered in a fine layer of stone dust. It’s heavy work, moving these pieces around with the cranes and making sure nothing cracks. We don't have a fancy showroom with air conditioning. We just walk people around the yard so they can see the natural patterns and colors of the stone in the sunlight. It’s a very physical business. Our hands are usually rough, and our boots are always white from the marble slurry. We spend a lot of time measuring and marking slabs. There’s no corporate polish here, just a lot of lifting and loading. People come to us from all over because they know Kishangarh is the hub for this kind of material. We just show them what we have available and tell them the price per square foot. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We see a lot of trucks coming in and out, and the noise of the cutting saws is pretty constant. It’s not a quiet job, but there is something nice about working with a material that’s been around for millions of years. We just take it day by day and try to keep the yard organized for the next visitor.
