Sneha Stonex

We are set up on Makrana Road in Madanganj, right near the K.S. Petrol Pump. If you know Kishangarh, you know this area is always moving. Sneha Stonex has been part of the landscape here for some time. It is a straightforward operation. We deal with various types of stone that come through this region. Being in Taluka Kishangarh means we see a lot of different people looking for materials. The yard stays packed with slabs. It isn’t always the cleanest place because stone cutting creates a lot of slurry and dust, but that’s the nature of the trade. We spend our mornings checking the new arrivals and our afternoons helping load up the vehicles. It is hard physical work. We don't use fancy sales tactics or have a glossy brochure. If the stone looks good and the price is fair, people buy it. We’ve got a small crew that knows how to handle the material so it doesn't crack. Every piece of granite or marble is a bit different, so we spend time showing the grains to whoever walks in. It gets hot out here in the sun, but we keep the gate open. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to keep our regulars happy. Sometimes the wind blows the dust everywhere and we have to wash the slabs just so people can see the color. We don't mind the extra effort. It’s part of the daily routine here in the heat.
