Sive Misthan Bhandar

Sive Misthan Bhandar is located at Madar Gate. This is a very old part of the town with lots of narrow alleys and old buildings. Our shop has been here for a long time. The walls are thick and stay relatively cool even when it’s hot outside. Sive Misthan Bhandar is a name that most people around Madar Gate are familiar with. We don't do any kind of promotion or advertising. We just open the shop and wait for people to come in. The interior is very basic with some glass cases and a few benches for people to wait. We don't have any modern decorations or fancy lighting. We just use the natural light from the door and a couple of bulbs. The work is steady and keeps us busy from the morning until the night. We make everything ourselves using the same tools we’ve had for years. Madar Gate is a noisy place with lots of shouting and horns honking. We don't really notice it anymore because we’ve been here so long. We don't have a big team or a corporate office. It’s just a few of us doing the cooking and the cleaning. We count the money at the end of the day and start over again the next morning. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do at Sive Misthan Bhandar. We plan to stay at Madar Gate for as long as we can.
