Shri Rajasthan Namkin And Sweets

We’ve been here on Vaishali Nagar Main Road for a while now. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home and stops by Shri Rajasthan Namkin And Sweets. Most mornings, we start pretty early to get the stove going and set out the trays. It gets hot back there, but that is just how it is when you're making stuff from scratch. People usually just drop in for a quick bag of something salty or maybe a few pieces of sweets for their kids. We don't really do anything fancy here. It's just a regular shop with a glass counter and some stools if you want to sit for a minute. The traffic outside can get loud, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of the fryers and people asking for prices. Sometimes we run out of the popular things before five, which can be a bit of a headache for the regulars. We try to keep things stocked but some days are just busier than we expect. The floor gets a bit dusty with all the foot traffic from the main road, so we’re always sweeping. It’s a simple setup. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names or at least what they usually order. It isn't a big corporate place, just us working every day to keep the shelves full and the snacks fresh for the neighborhood.
