Shidhi Vinayak Genral Store

Shidhi Vinayak Genral Store is located right by the GPO Office on Station Road. It is a very busy part of town because of the trains and the post office nearby. We get a lot of travelers coming through. They usually want water, some snacks, or maybe a notebook. We also have regular customers who live on the side streets around Station Road. The shop isn't very large so we have to stack things high. You might see boxes of soap next to packets of tea. We try to keep things where people can see them easily. Being near the GPO Office means we see people from all over. Some are just passing through and others have been coming here for twenty years. We keep the doors open from early morning until the last train rush slows down. It gets hot in the summer because the road holds the heat. We have a small fan that keeps us going. Shidhi Vinayak Genral Store is just a family business. We don't have any branches. If you are near the station and need something small, you can find us easily. The noise from the traffic is constant but you get used to it after a while. We don't do anything special, just sell what people ask for. It is an honest way to make a living and we like it here. We watch the world go by from the counter every day.
