Saini Kirana Store

Our shop is situated right at the Ghati Ganj Bus Stand on the Ajmer Road side of the area. It's a very handy location for people who are living in Govindgarh or those who are just catching a bus to go somewhere else. We deal in all sorts of grocery items. We have been in this exact spot for quite a few years now. The morning time is usually the most hectic for us when people are buying things they need for their breakfast. We stock items like matches, tea leaves, pulses, and cooking oil. It's a simple setup we have here. We don't use any fancy computers or machines, just a small notebook for keeping track of our sales. The noise from the Ajmer Road is constant with all the horns, but we are used to it by now. My kids sometimes come by and help out after they finish their school work in the afternoon. We know most of the bus drivers and the local workers who stop here for a quick snack or some tea. The shop is quite small and the tin roof gets very hot during the month of May. We just try to keep enough stock so that nobody has to go back home empty-handed. It's a modest life and we are mostly happy with how things are. We don't really have a big team of workers, it's just a family thing. People stop by, chat for a bit, and buy what they need.
