Ravi Lawaniya Provision Store

Our shop, Ravi Lawaniya Provision Store, is situated where Foy Sagar Road meets Chamunda Temple Road. It is a busy spot, especially when there is a festival or something going on at the temple nearby. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the neighbors stop in at least once a week. We keep a bit of everything, like rice, flour, and oil. The shelves are mostly metal and they can be a bit squeaky when you move things. It is a family thing, so you will usually see one of us sitting by the cash box. We don't have any big signs or bright lights, just the shop name painted on the front. Sometimes the street gets dusty and it gets inside, so we spend a lot of time dusting the jars. It’s not the most modern place you will ever see, but it gets the job done for the people living around here. We usually open up early before the heat gets too bad. People come in to chat as much as they do to buy things. We listen to the radio while we work. It’s a quiet enough life, except for the traffic outside. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just sell groceries and try to keep things honest for everyone who walks in. It is just how we do things in this part of town.
