Ramesh General Store

Ramesh General Store is located right in Hanuman Market near Agra Gate, at number 55. If you live around here, you probably know the spot. It is a small shop packed with all the things you might need for your house. We have bags of flour, soaps, and little packets of biscuits stacked up to the ceiling. It can be hard to find things sometimes because there is so much stuff, but we know exactly where everything is kept. The morning starts early here when the milk crates arrive on the sidewalk. People stop by on their way to work to grab something they forgot to buy the night before, like a loaf of bread or some matches. Hanuman Market is always buzzing with people and scooters, so there is never a dull moment. We have been sitting at this counter for years, watching the street change and the kids grow up.
