You can find us at Raj Shree Marbles Adhy Krishna Marbles right on the Makrana Road in the Kishangarh industrial area. This part of the world is basically made of marble. If you stand outside our gate, all you see for miles is white dust and stacks of stone taller than houses. It’s a very busy road, with tractors and heavy trailers constantly moving back and forth. We have a decent sized yard here where we keep various types of marble. Dealing with two different names on the sign can be a bit confusing for some, but it’s just how the business grew over time. We don't spend much on decorations. The stone is what people come to see anyway. Some days the wind blows the dust so hard you can barely see the other side of the road. We spend a lot of time washing down the slabs so the colors show up better for anyone who stops by. It’s a lot of manual labor, checking the edges of the tiles and making sure nothing got chipped during transport. Kishangarh is a competitive place, everyone is trying to sell their stock, so we just try to be honest about what we have on the ground. We close the gates late in the evening when the traffic finally starts to thin out. It’s a long day, but that’s the way it is on Makrana Road, and we are fine with it.
