Om Misthan Bhandar

Om Misthan Bhandar is located at Agra Gate. If you know the city, you know that Agra Gate is always buzzing with activity. We have been in this spot for as long as I can remember. The shop is a bit cramped because we have so many trays and containers. We don't have any air conditioning, just a few ceiling fans that spin all day. Om Misthan Bhandar is a name that has been around for a long time. We do everything the old-fashioned way. We don't use any modern ovens or timers. We just know when things are ready by the look and the smell. The street outside Agra Gate is narrow and sometimes the cows walk right past the door. We have to keep a watch to make sure everything stays clean. The walls are painted a simple cream color, but they get dark near the stove. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people to run the place. It’s just us. We wake up early, get the milk delivered, and start the day. By the time the sun goes down, we are usually ready to go home. We don't have a website or an email address. If someone wants to talk to us, they have to come to Agra Gate and stand at the counter. That is just how we like to run Om Misthan Bhandar. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
