Mayer Pro Agro India Private Limited is located at C/O Jai Prakashnagla Sawla in Baroli Aheer. It’s one of those places where everyone kind of knows where everything is, even if the addresses seem a bit long when you write them down. We’re deep into the agro business here. Most of our work involves being out where the crops are, rather than sitting in a chair all day. Being in Baroli Aheer means we are close to the actual farming communities, which is where we need to be. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on stuff. We deal with whatever the season brings, whether it’s seeds, soil, or just general farm management. The office is basically just a place to keep the books and take meetings. It’s nothing special to look at, but it works for us. We’ve got a few people helping out, and we all just pitch in where needed. Some days are slow when the weather is bad, and other days we’re running around from sunrise to sunset. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth around the village. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s kept us going. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to make sure everything is handled the right way without making a big fuss about it. Working with the land is hard, but it's what we know best.
